Well done on the arrangements. We were a little lost when we arrived at the meeting point. But overall, wow, amazing trip! Just be sure to wear proper winter attire during this season. It's extremely cold, woooh!

We lost our guide, Mr. Chicken Man, at the start of the tour, but he was clearly passionate about his job. I know it would have been a better experience if we had been able to find him. However, even while we were in line for the ferry, he was already sharing valuable insights. I am confident that this tour would be highly worthwhile for anyone who loves history and enjoys learning new things while seeing the locations in person. Despite the initial mishap, the brief interaction we had with Mr. Chicken Man made it clear that his dedication and knowledge could greatly enhance the tour experience.

Such a wonderful day to the Statue of Liberty. When you exit the subway you will see the Castle, Our tour guide David is a very friendly and fun guy he tells us about the history of the Castle, the Lady of Freedom and the Ellis island. Recommend you to purchase this ticket for the visit at KlooK it worth every penny to have a tour guy and also enjoy the reserve line access.

My entire tour experience was smooth and very informative. All the details written on the website matched the actual tour. Liam, our personal tour guide, was exceptional and very efficient in providing all the information. So, his performance was 10 out of 10. Great job! 👍

Belle visite, j'ai aimé que nous allions sur les deux îles, et le guide était très gentil et intéressant, nous racontant beaucoup d'histoires. Très bon moment avec le guide Sean. Il était très facile de rencontrer le guide. Je le recommande car c'est mieux qu'une simple excursion en bateau autour de la statue que j'ai faite lors de ma précédente visite. Le musée de la Statue de la Liberté est également agréable, j'aurais aimé avoir plus de temps pour le visiter (gratuit). Je conseille d'arriver plus tôt (20 minutes) car les files d'attente pour le bateau sont énormes et il y a beaucoup de touristes d'autres groupes.

A fantastic trip! The day before departure, I realized I had bought the wrong ticket. I contacted Klook, explained my predicament because I couldn't pay extra to change the ticket, and the customer service representative solved my problem.

Buying tickets online is really convenient. It's a bit more expensive, but the detailed and humorous explanations from the tour guide made all participants happy and satisfied👍
