First, the tour is from 7:30-18:00, so that's fine. (It says 7:30-16:00, but I think that's a mistake.) I participated with my daughter. Since we weren't staying at a hotel, we departed on time from in front of Starbucks at Berjaya Times Square at 7:30. Due to it being the first day of a long holiday weekend, traffic was terrible. We entered Kellie's Castle at 12:00. For lunch at 13:30, we ate chicken rice (steamed and boiled), steamed bean sprouts, and fried tofu with oyster sauce. Everything was delicious and had no strong flavors. We arrived at Old Town at 14:45. After a stroll, we had white coffee at OLD TOWN at 15:00. We arrived at Perak Tong Cave Temple at 16:00. Afterwards, they dropped us off at our accommodation. The outbound journey was severely delayed due to terrible traffic, which made me worried, but we were taken to all the planned tourist spots as scheduled. I am very satisfied.

We had a very good time on this one-day tour. We were able to see another part of Malaysia. Mr. Ahmed was nice and kind, and he drove safely. The car was nice, clean, and well-maintained. Everything was good. We highly recommend booking this tour.

The driver and tour guide Kassim is punctual and polite. We really enjoyed the trip to Ipoh, especially the Kelly Castle and the Cave Temple (Kek Lok Tong). Kassim is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the sightseeing spots. He introduces the scenery and explains the local people's livelihood along the way. The trip has included the entrance fee to Kellie's Castle, lunch with local chicken rice and a cup of Ipoh white coffee which the food and drink are very authentic. Kassim also drove very safe and efficient for the whole journey. The vehicle was large and comfortable. We really enjoyed the trip to Ipoh, especially the Kelly Castle and the Cave Temple. We really enjoyed the tour. Was just amazing I recommend! You’ll visit the castle, the beautiful temple in the cave where you can see the local streets also! Try local food and taste the white coffee. The city of Ipoh is very pretty and historic!

Avalee is an excellent tour guide and always takes photos of us at every location, which is very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed every place we visited. Since this was a private tour, we could manage our time at each stop. He even walked behind us for security and to keep us on track. The itinerary and souvenir shop were very good. Even our driver was very friendly.

Ahmed, our tour guide, was very friendly and introduced us to various attractions, as well as fun places and delicious food in other Malaysian cities. For lunch, he enthusiastically helped us order many dishes. Ipoh is an old, small town without bustling scenery, making it more suitable for those who want to relax and wander around.

It was located about two and a half hours away from Kuala Lumpur. The buildings were very beautiful and the streets were pretty. The old history was intact. The guide, Ahmed, was very kind and drove well! It was a fun trip.

The tour guide was punctual in picking us up from the hotel and explained everything very diligently. I think it's worth considering giving a bit more for tips, as it's a great encouragement for them. There aren't many tourists in Ipoh, so it's actually very pleasant to walk around.

Unfortunately, both Sam Poh Tong and Kek Lok Tong temples were temporarily closed, so we couldn't visit them. This Klook tour already included the entrance fee for Kellie's Castle, lunch, and a cup of Ipoh white coffee, which is much more affordable than Trip.com, which doesn't include anything. I highly recommend joining Klook if you want to visit Ipoh.
