We had a lovely morning with our guide Yuki exploring areas of Miyajima that we would never have found on our own. Would definitely recommend Yuki to anyone!

Kaori was a great guide! She explained the history of Hiroshima and the shrines. She also took great pictures of us. She was very helpful in exploring the island considering the time we had.

Kaori, our guide, is the best! She reached out a day before and helped us get to the island in the best way possible, which saved us so much time. Upon arrival, Kaori got us to the cable cars well ahead of the crowds and continuously gave us great tips on where to stand and where to go! We loved that she kept taking pictures of us and is very knowledgeable about the island and its surroundings. Tip 1: If you are staying near Peace Park, take the Heritage Ferry and opt to meet your guide on the island. Tip 2: As with most sights in Japan… Go early! Tip 3: You may want to stay and wander around a little longer after the tour, as 4 hours is a little short.

Our guide, Kaori, was knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful, which made for an amazing trip. The day was extremely hot, and she ensured we took regular hydration breaks and tailored our day to the extreme heat. Not only did she give tips for the whole day – we got to see the torii gates at Itsukashima Shrine at both high and low tides – but she also made suggestions on how to plan our next day to avoid the crowds. She also took pictures throughout the day and took us to places we would have missed touring on our own.

What a wonderful way to explore Miyajima Island! Masa-san was fantastic, full of knowledge and fun!!! I highly recommend this for anyone visiting. Our group thoroughly enjoyed this tour and will definitely come back next time we are in this region. Thank you, Masa-san, for a very memorable day!

Tuvimos un día divertido con Yoshi, nuestra guía turística. Fue divertida, amable, conocedora y entusiasta. Muy complaciente con lo que queríamos hacer durante nuestro recorrido. La comunicación fue excelente, recibimos algunos mensajes el día anterior a nuestro tour para confirmar la hora y el lugar de encuentro, y Yoshi ya estaba allí temprano y lista para comenzar tan pronto como llegamos. Miyajima was a beautiful island and one of our favourite places we visited in Japan. Kaori was a great guide with good English, she was able to show us some great spots in Miyajima including some great local cuisine around the island.
