Deya Massage no D Varee Jomtien Beach Hotel

The new merchant joining KLook was a complete disappointment. It offered absolutely no value for money, was misleadingly advertised, and had equipment from thirty years ago. Upon arrival, the glass door was locked, and they weren't aware of our reservation. It took ten minutes of constant phone calls to sort it out. It's completely incomparable to Bangkok's Diora. It's not even worth half the price. From the start, they told us there was no steaming service today, and the towels were so old that even a local rag would seem newer. After the massage, they didn't even use a hot towel to wipe off the oil. It was a terrible experience. A complete waste of three hours. Absolutely do not try it. There is no value for money at all. I was expecting a decent spa. We paid a price similar to what we spent at Bangkok's Diora. This one had 30-year-old equipment and decoration. The towels were old. They are a new joiner on KLook, and we are absolutely disappointed to have tried something new on KLook. They didn't realize there was a reservation, and the front door was locked. It took them 10 minutes to clarify what was happening. After the oil massage, they didn't use a hot towel on our body. I don't think it's a staff issue. It's more about how the hotel can set such a high price with such quality. It wasted three hours of our valuable travel time.

The masseuse was average, and the pressure wasn't adjusted well. The foot bath water was quite cool, and after the body scrub, the shower water was cold and weak. My legs kept cramping throughout the entire process, which was quite uncomfortable. However, the hotel pool view outside the door was beautiful.

Upon arriving at the shop, the staff were unaware of my booking, which disrupted my plans. We thought receiving confirmation meant a successful reservation. However, the staff member tried their best to arrange a time for us, as we were leaving that day. We were able to have our spa treatment an hour later. But the air conditioning was too cold, and there was no hot water, so there's room for improvement. Even after completing the spa, I received an email stating I hadn't arrived. This was my first experience like this.
