It was a fantastic trip! I visited the filming locations of "Your Name" and saw the most incredible 40,000-shot fireworks display. It was dazzling and breathtakingly beautiful.

It was really worth it to get a reserved seat at the Lake Suwa Hanabi. The whole place was so crowded, but the entire experience became so pleasant with a reserved seat. There were toilets dedicated solely to guests in the reserved area. And we managed to eat our bento and then watch the fireworks from our seats. The fireworks were amazing and wonderful to view from such a close distance. Highly recommended.

Sitting in the fifth row, watching the fireworks up close was incredibly spectacular. Although the tickets were a bit expensive, it was definitely worth it. 👍👍👍

Gather at the station at 14:00 to collect tickets; assembly for entry is not until 16:50; fireworks start around 19:10. The venue is very small, and the large crowd leads to poor mobile phone reception, making it difficult to call a taxi. Most nearby shops are closed, and even those that are open are cordoned off and only offer takeout. The weather was very hot, and there was almost nowhere to enjoy air conditioning (I recommend visiting the art museum next to the Katakura Museum, the restrooms are super clean). Given the above, from 14:00 to 16:50, there was absolutely nowhere else to go, so we ended up just sitting on the ground and waiting. If we have to gather so early to pick up tickets, I would hope that at least a day trip itinerary including transportation could be arranged. The fireworks viewing spot was excellent, truly up close! For this location, I highly recommend purchasing this tour. This time, the display lasted until 21:00, which was incredibly enjoyable! The tour guide was very nice👍

The tour guide was excellent. They were concerned it might rain, so they informed us in advance to buy raincoats. They also shared some interesting facts about Nagano with us.

The meeting point was unclear, and the images did not match the text, causing confusion. As a result, we couldn't meet the tour guide at the designated time! Afterwards, I communicated with other group members and found out that the tour guide had a WhatsApp group to contact them, but the guide did not proactively contact us or add me to the WhatsApp group! Furthermore, the itinerary was chaotic! After much difficulty finding the guide, the guide said to meet back at the original meeting point in half an hour to take a taxi together to Tateishi Park. However, when we arrived at the meeting point on time, the guide was nowhere to be seen. We had no way to contact the guide at the time, and we walked back and forth between the bus stop and taxi stand for ten minutes but couldn't find her! Finally, the guide WhatsApped me, only to say that they had already left in a taxi! What a terrible experience! The tour guide has a responsibility to proactively contact group members beforehand and to consider the whereabouts of group members who arrive on time! Only the viewing spot and the fireworks were good.

The viewing seats were excellent, and the complimentary dinner was delicious. However, the tour guide's quality really needs improvement: Upon arrival, a fellow traveler mentioned wanting to go to Tateishi Park. After asking for opinions, the guide decided everyone would take a taxi there. At the agreed time, the guide got into the taxi directly, without waiting for two people who had not yet arrived (at the time, the other passengers in the taxi thought those two had told the guide they weren't going). Only in the taxi did the guide start counting who was missing, and upon realizing people were indeed left behind, tried to shirk responsibility by telling those in the car that being late was unacceptable. After arriving at Tateishi Park, we agreed to meet at 4 PM to go down the mountain, but when the time came, the guide was nowhere to be found. What happened to the 'being late is unacceptable' rule? Not to mention there was absolutely no introduction or explanation; the guide was more of a tourist than the guests. Guests had to wait for the guide and even help the guide keep an eye out for anyone else being left behind. The entire group, less than ten people, couldn't even be managed. In short, apart from the guide, the itinerary itself was very good.
