J'ai réservé un transfert de Rome à Pompéi, tout s'est bien passé. Nous n'avons réservé que le transport sans repas, mais vous n'avez pas à vous inquiéter, vous pouvez simplement louer un audioguide et acheter votre déjeuner au café à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de la zone.

Your guide was excellent and very kind to us. The Pompeii tour was wonderful, but the time allotted for visiting wasn't enough for us. The site is huge to explore in half a day.

It takes 3 hours one way from Rome to Pompeii. By joining this tour, not only is transportation convenient, but the guide also takes excellent care of the group members. In December, there seemed to be fewer tourists in Pompeii, so we could slowly visit and understand Pompeii at that time.

I thought "I Love Roma" was a big landmark, so I was asking around and walking around there. Then the tour guide suddenly came over and asked for my name. I thought he had great eyesight. Later, I asked him where the "I Love Roma" sign was, and he said it was the small flag on his back 😆. Both the driver and the tour guide are named Marco, and they are both very nice. The only downside is that the distance from Rome to Pompeii is too far, so most of the time was spent on transportation, but it's very suitable for people who just want to visit the main sights.

I was generally satisfied with the tour, even though the only reason I chose it was because there were no other tours available due to my last-minute booking. The large bus was almost full, and we were the only Japanese people on board. I didn't request a Japanese guide for Pompeii as it wasn't part of this tour (I researched the route beforehand). Although the time spent in Pompeii wasn't enough, it was great to be able to visit the town of Sorrento, which I wouldn't have seen otherwise. The guide was very kind. The transfer pass from Rome was extremely helpful given our short travel period.

Review: Arrived in Pompeii at 11 AM, departure bus from Pompeii was scheduled for 3:25 PM (arrived in Rome at 6:50 PM). The tour guide was kind and explained various things outside the window on the bus ride. Basic Pompeii admission ticket is included.

It was a wonderful trip. The supplier and customer service promptly resolved any issues that arose. The tour guide was also attentive and considerate, ensuring that enough time was allocated for each attraction. Because the team was well-organized, there were no delays. It was truly an excellent journey!

The itinerary was very well arranged. There were also rest stops along the way where we could rest, drink coffee, and have snacks. The Pompeii ruins were amazing!

I took a day trip to Pompeii. Tickets were included, and lunch was optional. For those who needed assistance on the bus, the accompanying tour leader was very helpful, allowing us to embark on the tour with peace of mind.
