What a great experience! Shu-san is very kind and funny and explained everything in detail! The whole experience is easy to follow and you get to try to build your ramen. The broth is already made since it takes many hours to make, and it tasted amazing! One of the best I’ve had! I definitely recommend this class.

Shu ile süper eğlenceli bir dersti. Gerçek bir ramen dükkanında ramen hazırlayıp pişirebilmek harika bir deneyimdi. Osaka'da bir saat geçirmek için harika bir yol. Shu çok iyi İngilizce konuşuyor ve harika bir ev sahibi. Onunla harika zaman geçirdik ve oğlumun çok iyi hatırlayacağı bir şey.

I really like ramen so I booked this class to see what the process is like from start to finish. Shu did such an amazing job explaining background information on ramen, the types of broth, and many other time consuming processes that go into making ramen the special dish that it is. He even gave a little insight into his own personal life, which was heartwarming and inspirational. I definitely recommend booking this experience with Shu because it is not only informative but also very fun. He puts a lot of effort into making the class as best as it can be, so it is worth supporting a local businessman like Shu.

This was such an amazing experience. Shu was so accommodating, and so was his family. It was so cool to get behind the kitchen counter and learn how he cooks and prepares the ramen. The ramen itself was one of the best I’ve eaten whilst being in Japan, but topping it off with the experience and the class, that pushes it to #1.

My husband and I had a great time! We learned about the different components of ramen and got to help cook our own dishes. Great customer service from both staff. Definitely glad we got to tick this experience off our bucket list - highly recommend!

I 100% would recommend this cooking class! It's a close and personal experience to learn how to make ramen and discover the technical preparation for the ramen 🍜 Our teacher was a legend and made the experience so fun!

We had a great time during the ramen class. The host was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Even introducing us to his family, which made the experience very wholesome. Learnt alot about how much effort goes into the preparation of all the ingredients. Only comment I could make, as someone with an interest it cooking, it would have been nice to get more hands on with the preparation of the ingredients - eg making the noodles. However, as I learnt during the course, several items take hours to make so wouldn't be suitable for a class. All in all, had a fantastic time and would recommend to anyone at any level of kitchen skills! My friend can barely cook an oven pizza and he still enjoyed himself :)

I booked a ramen-making class on Klook 🍜🧑🏻‍🍳🫶🏻 It was a fantastic experience, lasting about an hour! The owner, Shu, is very enthusiastic, friendly, and kind, and can communicate in English! The explanations were very detailed ✨ After cooking the ramen, you can eat it right away! The chicken paitan ramen was delicious! Highly recommended!

Teacher Xiu is very enthusiastic and humorous. We were the first from Northeast China, and we chatted about many local cultural topics. Although the shop is small, it's very cozy, just like in a comic book, making people want to embrace the warmth of life. The teacher didn't feel like she was teaching, but rather sharing her passion with friends. All in all, it was a pleasant and unforgettable experience!
