It was quite difficult to secure a treatment slot, especially for more than 2 people. Our preferred date was not available, so we had to go back and forth with Klook as the middleman to confirm the actual appointment schedule. It was really not a good experience setting up an appointment with the spa center, but Klook told us this will be automated with the provider directly in the future. The spa is at the basement level. We were provided with ginseng tea before the start of the session. We had an experienced therapist and a relaxing spa aromatherapy environment. Although the session can be quite pricey, it was indeed close to 2 hours of an enjoyable Ultimate S Journey with Sulwhasoo hospitality!

Honestly, it was very expensive but worth every penny! The massage was one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommend.

Wonderful relaxing spa. Service was great! They do their best to communicate with you if you don’t speak Korean and I found it was plenty enough to get by and provide a high quality service. My skin was so rejuvenated after a week long of travel fatigue. They go through all the products they used on you at the end - and you have a tea to sip on while doing so. Make sure to use the Klook 5% off and they do a tax refund receipt for you to claim tax when you depart from the airport. (It’s cheaper than duty free at the airport)

I booked for the earliest possible time and it was quite quiet, which I appreciated. The music also made the mood relaxing and calm. They assisted me immediately and brought tea to drink before and after the treatment. My therapist was very helpful in describing the procedure (English speaking) and kept checking in during the procedure if the pressure was all right. At the end, they showed the sets people could purchase, not pushy about it but would explain which products would be most recommended based on the treatment/skin condition.

It is truly a luxury experience. The staff takes very good care of you. They are very kind and receptive even if you can't speak Korean. I highly recommend if you can afford to experience the spa to take advantage of doing so. I really loved the scalp massage.

It was finally my turn to relax at Sulwhasoo Spa. The environment was lovely, and the treatment was standard, as they used authentic Sulwhasoo products, which was great. However, after I finished and put down the snacks, no one paid attention to us. We didn't know if there were any procedures requiring signatures, nor did they introduce any products or take us to try out products to touch up our makeup (I was originally very excited thinking I could try their cosmetics). In the end, we just left, feeling ignored. I was extremely disappointed (I was very happy initially, but it ended on a rather unhappy note).
