SPA 1978 (Anteriormente SPA 1899) DONGINBI Ritual & Terapia de Ginseng Vermelho

The spa is quite a distance from Myeongdong. Initially, I thought it was affiliated with the ginseng brand, but it appears to be a high-end spa that simply uses red ginseng products. Unlike Sulwhasoo products, where I can distinctly smell the ginseng in their ginseng series, I didn't notice a strong ginseng scent during the facial. The package included a face and upper body massage, which was generally good, though not the best massage I've ever had. More time was spent on the body massage, but I personally prefer face massages. Overall, it was a good experience to try a spa/facial in Seoul, especially if you're in the Gangnam area, given its reputation as a beauty hub.

The location was a bit hard to find, but the interior of the shop was comfortable, and the masseuses' techniques and service were excellent. After the service, healthy tea and snacks were provided.

A very good experience. I had already confirmed payment on Klook via email, and upon arrival, I went straight to the spa.

It was so relaxing. The body massage wasn’t rough or anything which was nice. The person who attended me was also so sweet and attentive.

100% would recommend again! my therapist was great, caring, and knew exactly where to apply the most pressure in my shoulder area. I booked the facial focus but she did some light pressure on my legs, hands/arms and also harder pressure on my neck / shoulders. I wish I booked for longer high recommend

The 3-hour experience was very satisfying. The technician's skills were excellent, and I could feel that they put their heart and soul into providing the service throughout the entire process. If you have time, I recommend coming to experience it. After completion, there was also a small gift (a hanging ornament), and there was absolutely no hard selling of any products or services. Thumbs up!

So relaxing and comfortable. I took my wife here for her birthday and we have a lovely time. Everything was totally worth it and something we would love to do again.
