Josh was very friendly and helpful throughout our journey to Shifen and Jiufen. He took photos of us, though it was sad he couldn't join us when we were in Jiufen because there were lots of people and finding parking was a bit hard during that time (Sunday). The transport was excellent and comfortable, and he made sure the air conditioning was cool enough because the weather was very hot during that time. Honestly, nothing to complain about except maybe when in the restaurant, you can let us choose a meal that is within our budget because I don't really like the porridge much, but that's only my preference. Josh was kind enough to stop by and let us take pictures of the colourful fishing village when in Keelung, and we really appreciated the effort. Other than that, it was a very pleasing experience, and I would definitely recommend Muslim travellers book this trip.

My husband and I really enjoyed this trip. Our tour guide, Josh, was very helpful and friendly. He shared a lot of information about halal restaurants, tips for traveling around Taipei, etc. Since I arrived in Taipei in the 4th week of March, the cherry blossom season had just ended. However, I was very lucky that we found cherry blossom trees along the road on the way to Shifen. Josh was so kind to stop so I could take some pictures with the cherry blossoms. I would highly recommend this trip for Muslim travelers.

Our guide Josh was very patient, and even though it rained all day, we had fun. The Muslim restaurant on the itinerary was closed, but the alternative restaurant at Moiz Ali was superb.

Mr. Bruce, our guide, really helped us from the meeting point until he dropped us back at the hotel. The journey was smooth with the guided trip, and he also planned an extra trip for us to make the most of the tour duration. A trip to Shifen and Jiufen is a must when you go to Taiwan.

I had a great time despite the weather changing from sunny to rainy it was a great trip. I didn't have to worry about whether my food is halal since the tour provided lunch. Bruce, our guide, was also great and helpful. He shared with us some interesting historical knowledge on the places we visited. Overall very organised, the car is clean, the guide is helpful and a memorable time.
