Great experience with Klook. Very reliable. Received WhatsApp to inform pickup time & driver's name. Private car to pickup 3 of us to the Sky Mirror which took about 1hr 15min. The boat ride is a little challenging esp for those with motion sickness. Wear slippers as you need to remove footwear to walk on the soft sand. Amazing when you see the photos!

We had a wonderful experience on the Sky Mirror tour! Our driver was friendly, professional, and drove very safely, which made the journey comfortable and stress-free. I especially appreciated that he didn't speed, so I felt at ease throughout the ride. The boat ride to Sky Mirror was equally enjoyable. The cool sea breeze across our faces made the trip relaxing and refreshing before we reached the destination. Overall, it was a smooth, well-organised experience, and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable visit to Sky Mirror.

There's a private car transfer, not a shared ride. We met at the hotel entrance at 10 AM. The driver spoke Cantonese and introduced us to the unique features of Malaysia. Later, at the Sky Mirror, we joined a group, but it was still a lot of fun!

The Sky Mirror offers beautiful scenery, but the sun is very strong. It is recommended to apply sunscreen to your hands and feet beforehand. Before boarding the boat, staff will distribute a bottle of water and a piece of bread to each person, so guests can refuel after experiencing the Sky Mirror.

We were picked up from the hotel lobby at the appointed time and safely taken to the port. At one point, we saw people standing on the sea, and our photographer diligently took wonderful pictures after preparing. We were safely taken back to the hotel, allowing us to finish comfortably.

I highly recommend booking this tour directly. Although the regulations state that hotel pick-up is only available within specific areas, the driver who picked us up was very kind and came directly to the Renaissance Hotel (perhaps because we were their only group that day). As for the 'Sky Mirror' environment, it's essentially a sand dune in the middle of the sea. To get clear, ripple-free reflection photos, you need to lie on the sand to take pictures. Unfortunately, the photographer we had that day might have been a bit young and inexperienced; he judged the timing for preparing the sand too late, which made the photo session a bit rushed. Some small props weren't even used, which was quite a shame. They will contact you via WhatsApp before departure, so please be prepared. The vendor provides a bottle of water and a small bun before setting off. On the return trip, the captain even had a surprise sea drift.

The scenery is beautiful, the photographer is professional, and the driver is very enthusiastic.

The tour guide picked me up at my hotel, which made everything very smooth! I also received bread and water as a light meal! I'm so grateful to have booked this tour and made such wonderful memories!
