COCOA XO Bar no Red Sky 57º Andar

Manager Dew was awesome. He made me and my husband Dr. Henry have an amazing experience. He was very professional and all the staff as well. They were very informative regarding the different chocolates. The view was stunning and breathtaking all around. I love the different colors on each floor. We will be back with family/friends. This is a very Instagrammable bar. If it doesn't rain, the view is truly excellent. You can choose to arrive at 5 PM, and there's no time limit, so you can enjoy both the daytime and nighttime scenery. I purchased the Klook NT$1550 package, which was perfect for two people. It included two non-alcoholic cocktails. If you prefer something less sweet, you can ask the waitstaff which drinks are less sweet. The waitstaff's English is very good. This time, we chose the less sweet "Take Off," which was a slightly tart passion fruit flavor, not overly sweet, and paired perfectly with the very sweet chocolate. For snacks, we chose the Matsusaka pork skewers and cheese rolls. The Matsusaka pork was delicious and not too dry. The cheese rolls were unique. Upon being seated, the restaurant also provided chestnuts as a complimentary gift. Although you had to peel them yourself, they were very tasty. When we were almost finished with our snacks, a waiter came to ask if we wanted to go to the chocolate bar to select chocolates. The chocolate bar had a Halloween theme for the holiday. It was quite cold inside, probably to prevent the chocolates from melting. You get to choose 12 chocolates yourself, but only those priced at 45 Thai Baht. There's a huge variety of chocolates, making it difficult to choose. Since I don't particularly like overly sweet things, I even asked the waitstaff which ones were less sweet. You can also choose strawberries or grapes to dip in the chocolate fountain yourself. The strawberries were very sweet and highly recommended! However, be aware that one strawberry counts as one chocolate. We didn't know this and thought a skewer of strawberries would count as one chocolate, so in the end, the waiter told us we had taken an extra chocolate. The chocolate bar is a great place for photos, and you can also ask the waitstaff to help you take them. You can also ask the waitstaff to help you take photos while dining in the outdoor restaurant. If you walk to the other side, there's also a giant cocoa bean. In the evening, the waitstaff even helped us with lighting for photos, which was very professional. So, in the end, we gave them a tip; the service was very thoughtful. The restaurant's location is a bit hard to find. First, find the Centara Grand hotel, and ask the hotel staff how to get to COCOA XO Bar. They will guide you. You'll take an elevator to a certain floor, then transfer to another elevator to the 57th floor. Once you reach the 57th floor, a waiter will lead you to a staircase, and you'll need to walk up two more flights of stairs to reach the bar, so be prepared to climb stairs.

You need to walk through Central World to the other side, take the elevator to the 23rd floor, then transfer to another elevator to the 57th floor, and then walk up the outdoor stairs. You can take photos of the buildings opposite from the stairs. On February 10, 2026, at 5 PM, there were no other guests, so we could choose any seat. The tickets were cheaper than buying on-site. Inside the cave, there was a dazzling array of chocolates to choose from. The staff spent time recommending flavors. Except for chocolate bars, cigars, and high-heel shaped chocolates which require an additional charge, all others can be chosen freely. The chocolate flavor was good, but without water, the last few pieces were a bit rich. If I were to choose again, I might pick some with a higher percentage.

Amazing! I recommend coming at sunset to see the city in both daylight and nighttime. The view is incredible, a 360° rooftop – very beautiful! The chocolates are delicious, I especially loved the chocolate-covered strawberries 😍 For two people, we took a set of 2 mocktails, 2 appetizers, and 12 chocolates. It seemed optimal to us, as you quickly get full from sweets.

I arrived at 5:30, and there were no other customers, so I could take photos around. The sunset was at 6:30, and I left at 7:30. The scenery was truly beautiful. For snacks, I ordered shrimp and sweet potato fries, which tasted good. The most interesting part was being able to go into a room and choose 12 chocolates, but they were a bit too sweet for my liking.

The view is beautiful, but the dessert is quite sweet and rich. The sour drink is good for cutting through the richness.

To reach the rooftop bar, you'll need to take one elevator and then walk up a flight of stairs. The stairs can be a bit wobbly, so those with a fear of heights might want to be careful. If you've purchased through Klook, the bar will provide complimentary roasted chestnuts and allow you to choose a total of 2 food items and 2 cocktails. For chocolates, you'll need to go with a staff member to the internal storage room to select 12 pieces. Please note that these 12 pieces do not include larger chocolates or chocolate ice cream. The rooftop bar has no windbreaks, so it can sometimes be very windy and cool. However, food might occasionally be blown away, which could be quite messy.

The view was even better than expected. I recommend arriving before sunset to enjoy the evening glow and night view. The overall price felt reasonable, and the service was good too.

The weather was good, and we left just before it rained. The all-you-can-eat chocolate was a rare and delicious experience, with a decent variety. The non-alcoholic beverages were also tasty. We went on a Thursday, so it wasn't crowded, and the quality was quite good. We felt very lucky to enjoy the night view like that. However, the location was not easy to find, and we spent a long time asking for directions. It's not in the Central Department Store but on an upper floor of a hotel, requiring another elevator transfer in the middle. Fortunately, we weren't late, but we walked a lot. For those planning to go, please do your research.

Great experience, the place is amazing, the service is nice and it’s not crowded. When it rained we were transferred to another closed bar 2 floors below.
