I recently used Klook for booking activities during my trip, and I was thoroughly impressed. As expected from the Ritz-Carlton, I was deeply impressed by the welcome from the staff guiding us from the entrance. The pathway leading to the rooftop also filled me with excitement. Although I had a reservation for 6 PM that day, I was worried about what would happen due to the thunderstorm right before, but miraculously, the blue sky appeared, and I was able to witness a magnificent sunset. The staff's service was also exceptionally good, and it was an experience I would highly recommend.

Sukhumvit'teki Carlton Hotel'in tepesindeki çatı katı bardan manzara harika. Sınırsız bira seçeneğiyle fiyatına kesinlikle değer. Singha veya Asahi seçenekleri mevcut. Müzik harika. Oldukça kalabalık olduğu için önceden rezervasyon yaptırmanız önerilir. Aynı otelde kaldığım için benim için çok uygun oldu.

This is my regular hotel. Most of the time, after finishing dinner and drinks here, I'll go down to the 10th floor for a shower and massage before heading to the airport to return to Hong Kong. This is how I usually end my trips. Service: Generally very good. Food taste: Acceptable, as expected. Experience: Convenient if you're staying here. Restaurant environment: Very good. Price: A bit expensive, but expected.

Our group enjoyed the wonderful view and great customer service of the Cooling Tower Rooftop Bar at Carlton Hotel Bangkok! The staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs. Will definitely be back again! Thank you so much Klook and Carlton Bangkok!

The bar opens around 5 PM. The bar has a canopy, so customers won't be too inconvenienced if it rains. Similarly, because the bar has a semi-open-air design, customers sitting in the semi-indoor area might feel a bit hot, which can be alleviated to some extent by the fans provided by the bar. For beer, you can choose between Singha and Asahi (customers can choose a different beer for each glass), and popcorn can be refilled endlessly. The staff are very attentive to customer needs; they will proactively ask if you need more drinks when they see your glass is empty, and they will also inform you in advance when the free flow ends. From around 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM, the bar will have resident singers/DJs performing songs or playing remixed music. Although the prices might be a bit high, considering the excellent service provided by the bar, it's generally quite worth it.

I was able to relax on my solo trip with beer and the scenery. I was a bit worried as a woman traveling alone, but the friendly service put me at ease and I'm grateful. Most of the people around were Westerners, and their manners were excellent. I highly recommend it.

We were shown to a wonderful table, and the staff were very attentive, noticing immediately when our beer was empty. They were very pleasant. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance.

It was the best!! It's a shame there was a little rain and thunder, but the atmosphere and service were both excellent! The singing was also wonderful!!
