Passeio Cultural de Meio Dia por Nice, Mônaco e Eze Village

Our tour guide, Noah, picked us up from the hotel on time. There were 7 people in our group in total, and my friend and I sat in the very back row of the car, which was very spacious. Noah explained the history and culture of the places along the way, which was great! However, we didn't receive a confirmation email or message from the supplier before the trip started, which made us quite worried. But the supplier did show up in the end and provided us with a comfortable journey!

We comfortably traveled from Nice to Monaco in a Mercedes-Benz van. Our itinerary included exploring the Old Town, starting from the Monaco Oceanographic Museum, and visiting a perfume factory in Eze. It seems like a tour operated by the perfume factory itself ^^; Nevertheless, my parents and I had a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Our guide, Noe S (name on WhatsApp!), was especially kind and, on a rainy day, insisted on dropping us off right in front of our accommodation, saying he couldn't leave us stranded on the street. This is the true spirit of Nice... so sweet... I want to express my gratitude once again; everything was great except for the slight disappointment with the perfume factory :)

I was relieved to receive a call the day before regarding the pickup location and time. The driver was very kind and friendly, chatting with us easily. The tour's time allocation was also appropriate, allowing us to fully enjoy each spot.

Alizee was really friendly and the itinerary was well managed. She also gave nice local suggestions on Nice as well.

Mariana was a very informative and accommodating guide. She also knew all the best spots to take photos.

I was a bit worried because the rating was in the 2-point range, but the guide was friendlier than I expected, and the pickup was on time. I was satisfied, except that it was a bit hot because the air conditioning was somewhat weak.

The tour guide was very friendly and explained the characteristics of the attractions in detail. The car was comfortable and spacious. This was a fun and novel journey.

I was anxious because there was no prior notification for the hotel pickup. Also, there was no guidance to the perfume factory, which was part of the tour course. The operator was bright and cheerful, but it was a bit disappointing. The customer center's response was kind, but it wasn't real-time due to the time difference.

The tour guide was really informative and funny, but we didn't have time to explore any of the towns. We were dropped off for lunch in Cannes, and the time allotted was so short that we literally had to pack our food and eat it at our next stop. I would recommend spending a day in Monaco and Cannes individually instead.

This is a big fraud. The organiser never showed and the trip was cancelled and refused to refund money, blaming on us tourists. They only sent an email for complete address, never tried calling or What's app, nor did Klook send any notification. We expect Klook to intervene in such cases in the interest of travellers to foreign countries and help in refunding money.
