There weren't many days left here, so I chose this day tour to help with the itinerary. The advantage is that all locations are point-to-point, so you don't have to find your own transportation, and even pick-up and drop-off are at the hotel, which is very convenient. The disadvantage is the usual drawback of group tours: there's very little time at each spot. So, it's the best choice for a packed itinerary, as all the places you want to visit are included. The main point is that for just over 600 dollars, you get to play all day. Basically, the full schedule doesn't include a specific meal time, so the value for money is truly high. However, expect that the guide won't provide explanations; it's better to view it as having a car chartered to take you around. There were 7 other tour members in the car, all foreigners. Odd points about this tour: 1) For some reason, the last part of the itinerary followed another tour (the one that went to Qincheng), but my booking clearly didn't include Qincheng. 2) The departure time was 9 am, not 8 am. However, it didn't end until after 7 pm, so the time was sufficient. In summary, for just over 600 dollars, with car pick-up and drop-off for a full day of fun, it's worth it!
