I had the best time of my life. From rafting in White Kiulu, the best food for lunch, after coffee and dinner, feeding monkeys at the mangrove overlooking Mt. Kinabalu, walking to the sandbar while watching the sunset, up to the firefly and crocodile boating at night. It's all worth it. Thank you so much Klook for making this itinerary and to Kuya Henry, the best tour guide we highly recommend.

There was some misunderstanding at pickup so we missed the pickup van and needed to take grab to gather with the driver. Others is just great, Bob was so enthusiastic and active guide to guarantee us have a most unforgettable experience even for newbies like us. strongly recommended.

Our rafting guide, Henry, really made the trip extra special. He was super informative, explaining everything about the rafting and the river, and we felt completely safe in his hands. Plus, he has a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even more fun and memorable! The scenery along the Kiulu River was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved how the rafting had the perfect mix of excitement and relaxation. Rafting was a lot of fun! It was only slightly thrilling, and even elementary school children could participate without any problems. The guide was also very chatty. Although we couldn't join the firefly tour due to heavy rain at the end, at least we got to see monkeys (not proboscis monkeys) during the boat trip. The guide tried hard to explain in English, but because of his heavy accent, I understood about 70%. However, the guide would observe our reactions and explain things multiple times, making it a great opportunity to practice English speaking and listening.

The night before the activity, we received a WhatsApp message confirming the pick-up time, which was around 11:30 AM. However, the van was half an hour late, so we ended up waiting in the hotel lobby for 45 minutes. Lunch and dinner were very ordinary; only the fried chicken was good, but the portion size was insufficient. Overall, we were satisfied with the itinerary. The white-water rafting length was appropriate, and although the river water quality wasn't great, there was a dedicated person taking photos and then sharing them via a Google Drive link. The beach sunset and fireflies were a pleasant surprise. Our guide, Arie, took many beautiful photos for everyone and even attracted many fireflies to our boat, which was a fantastic experience.

It was a lot of fun, the process was very interesting, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and joyful. We're so glad our whole family chose this tour and met such a wonderful vendor.

The coach was friendly and full of smiles, making it easy and enjoyable for three generations of our family to participate in the entire activity. Many photos were taken during the process to preserve our wonderful memories.

This was my first time rafting with kids. It wasn't very thrilling, but it was a great experience and still a lot of fun. There was time to get into and play in the water, and a dedicated photographer went to various spots to take pictures. After the trip, the photos were sent via WhatsApp. The only thing I couldn't stand was that people often smoked while we were waiting.

It was a very good experience. They picked us up on time, and we were the only participants that day. They gave us safety information, and during the trip, our guide told us many interesting facts about the country and its wildlife. The food was good, and I also informed them that same morning that I was vegetarian, and they adapted to my diet without any problem. The photographer asked for our email and sent us the photos that same day. The truth is, the whole experience was a 10 out of 10.
