You have to go down many steps to reach the underground. The tour guide was very interesting and explained a lot about the history of the mine. Make sure to stay with the group so you don't get separated. It's a magnificent underground world.
It was easy to find the bus and I am glad I booked it. The tour was informative and the salt mine is an amazing place.

On the day of the Wieliczka Salt Mine tour, the bus driver was very punctual and drove very steadily. Upon arrival, a staff member had already arranged our admission tickets. The only downside was that after seeing the mine, we had to rush back to catch the bus because leaving the salt mine required a long walk to queue for the elevator, and then we had to go through another park to reach the parking lot. It was very rushed! I hope more time can be allocated for the return journey to catch the bus.

Our tour guide, Anioni, was friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. 👍 There was an issue during the meeting process, but fortunately, the online customer service representative, Dylan C., assisted us, allowing the tour to be completed smoothly. The underground palace was a marvel of nature; the salt sculpture sanctuary was awe-inspiring. A crystallization of history and art, a must-visit wonder!

The salt mine worths going and it’s very convenient to join the skip the line tour! You don’t need waiting in queues at ticket office.
