Warm service from all staff. Great amenities. Well equipped shower area, with fruits and beverages served. Therapist has good techniques, very relaxing. We enjoyed very much and will definitely return.

After two months of hard work, I rewarded myself with a half-day of me-time yesterday. I had a wonderful spa, facial, massage, and full-body scrub, satisfying all my needs at once! The entire treatment lasted almost 3 hours. I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. The masseuse was very nice and skilled, making me feel incredibly comfortable. Before the treatment, I experienced other facilities. After steaming, I tried the real snow room, which was genuinely cold and a unique experience. After the treatment, I was served a bowl of delicious red bean soup for dessert. Since I purchased a Klook package, the counter staff gave me a 30ml night cream (from the same brand used during the treatment) before I left. Overall, this experience was excellent value for money. I'm already eager to plan my next visit and choose the same treatment again!

After receiving a massage, I was able to use the facilities and enjoyed a luxurious time with meticulous care, including drinks and towels. The jacuzzi was so big that I felt like an emperor using it alone, haha. The massage bed was also incredibly comfortable... Highly recommended!
