A perfect end to our trip. Altira Spa is one of the best places to relax in Macau. The environment is excellent — quiet, dimly lit and very private. We had a couple’s treatment room with massage beds, a large jacuzzi and steam facilities. The whole space felt calm and well arranged, so it was easy to switch off. The therapists were professional and skilful. The treatment was comfortable and well paced, with no rush. Everything from check-in to the room setup was smoothly arranged. Must-try if you are staying at Altira, especially after a fireworks night. Highly recommended for couples who want a quiet, high-quality spa experience.
We booked for two people and enjoyed the steam bath and soaking bath! The shower also had several modes, which was a pleasant surprise. It's best to arrive an hour before your appointment because the scrub and massage are done beforehand. The masseuse was very professional, explaining everything clearly and detailing the massage. It was great value for money, we felt very relaxed and comfortable, and we will definitely visit again! Highly recommended.
The service at Altira Spa was amazing! Both the reception staff and the therapist were so nice. I felt super relaxed after the 2-hour treatment. The only thing is that the hotel's location is a bit out of the way from the main Cotai Strip, and the hotel shuttle bus connection to COD and Studio City only comes once an hour. They need to improve this and make it more frequent so more people can visit this hotel.
We booked a 120-minute spa session but ended up staying for 3-4 hours because it was so incredibly comfortable. The whole experience felt very luxurious and relaxing. The best part was the large, comfortable jacuzzi where two people could bathe together, and the steam room was absolutely fantastic!

Mhai was amazing and the body scrub and massage was just what I needed. Access to the shower and steam room was lovely. The venue is gorgeous. Only complaint was it was too short 😝😝
