The driver was waiting for us in the hotel lobby right on time. He was very friendly and provided excellent service. We asked the driver to take us to a Muslim restaurant to buy halal food before starting the tour, and he happily obliged. Drinking water was also provided as part of the service. It was a great and convenient service, both for booking and for the actual experience. Plus, Klook offered a discount, which made it even more worthwhile! However, I recommend bringing a face mask to protect against dust and sunglasses to shield from the sun and wind if you plan to use a tuk-tuk to Beng Mealea, as the journey from the city to the temple takes almost 2 hours.

If you visit Cambodia, Beng Mealea is a must-see! I was satisfied with the cost and everything else! However, the meeting point with the driver was supposed to be the hotel lobby, but the driver didn't show up at the designated time, so I contacted customer support. The staff member's quick response was excellent. Five stars for this staff member! In the end, the driver was waiting outside the hotel, and we were able to meet successfully, but it was confusing because there are many freelance drivers outside the hotel. Also, this driver took many and long bathroom breaks! He was slow to return, so it seems that the quality of drivers can vary.

シェムリアップ市内から１時間半ほどトゥクトゥクに揺られて、ベンメリア遺跡へ。市内から幹線道路を走行し、郊外の道を風に当たりながらのんびりドライブ。多少の会話をドライバーとも交わしながら。。。次回訪れた際は個人的にも何かしら頼みたいなと思わせるほど快適なツアーでした。

Amazing na lugar para bisitahin! Isang templo na kinubkob ng kalikasan. Napakaganda nitong tingnan. Nasiyahan kami habang naglalakbay dahil ang mga tao ay palakaibigan at ang driver ng tuktuk ay napakabait at magalang.

I used Klook Travel tours for three consecutive days. When I first asked the tour guide, they said it was cheaper than chartering a tuk-tuk in Siem Reap city, so I used it. Since I was traveling alone, it was a completely private tour. The journey along the national highway and the road to the new airport was smooth, and it felt chilly in the morning. The driver could be contacted via WhatsApp in case of any issues. The ruins, as I had studied beforehand, seemed to be undergoing further restoration, but I also felt they would be fine preserved as they are. Inside, wooden walkways were well-maintained, and the surrounding outer area was also worth seeing.

The driver was nice. The ride was long. We even had a problem with the vehicle on the way, but it was taken care of efficiently. My main concern is the operator. I tried to reach them via message and email to modify the pick-up/drop-off time several days before the tour, but they never answered, even after Klook support service urged them to. Really unprofessional.

I wanted to explore the ruins at my own pace, so I was looking for a plan that offered only transportation without a guide, and this was very helpful. However, the water service mentioned was not provided, and there was no lunch time as per the schedule. It was fine because I wasn't hungry, but it seems better to confirm the itinerary with the driver before departure.

The driver was very kind, and the driving was safe, allowing us to tour at a relaxed pace!
