Excursão de um dia para Melbourne, Werribee Mansion e Sovereign Hill

Mi guía turístico fue absolutamente excepcional. Siempre fue paciente, atento y dispuesto a ayudar, asegurándose de que todos se sintieran cómodos y bien atendidos durante todo el viaje. Gracias a su profesionalismo y entusiasmo, todo el viaje no solo fue informativo, sino también verdaderamente agradable y memorable.

Sovereign Hill is een boeiend openluchtmuseum in Ballarat, dat de Australische goudkoortsperiode van de jaren 1850 nabootst. Met acteurs in kostuums, goudzoeken en interactieve activiteiten brengt het de geschiedenis tot leven. De ouderwetse straten, mijntochten en avondlichtshow zijn hoogtepunten. Perfect voor gezinnen en geschiedenisliefhebbers, het is een meeslepende en educatieve ervaring, die plezier combineert met een rijk cultureel erfgoed.

I had a very satisfying experience on this trip. The driver and tour guide, Rick, was very friendly and helpful. Throughout the journey, he clearly explained the itinerary to us, as well as the history and background of the places we were going to visit. I was joining the group alone, and Rick always offered to help me take photos, which was very heartwarming for me! :)

The 1-day tour in Mandarin was well guided by Jimmy. He took extra care of my elderly parents whilst travelling. It was an insightful experience especially since we learnt much about the history of AUD. Highly recommended for sure if you are not driving!

I participated in the self-funded mine tour, which took 45 minutes. The ticket cost 12.5 AUD on 2026/02/24. I thought the experience was quite good. The Candy House also had live candy-making demonstrations, and they gave samples to the audience at the end. The freshly made candy was especially delicious 😋. I recommend everyone go and see it. It rained on the day I went, which caused a slight delay, so I didn't have enough time to go gold panning, which was a small regret.

The guide was disappointing as he was smoking throughout the trip and did not really engage us in the activities, but otherwise the place was engaging and fun.

Our guide, Cloudy, introduced the region and its history along the way. Although the journey was long, it was incredibly worthwhile. Every detail in Sovereign Hill was fascinating, like stepping into a game world. I wish we had more time there.

導遊盡責，身兼兩職還會講解行程景點（中文及英文）。第一個威勒比公園景色美麗，可以一去。跟著因為車程需要一小時三十分鐘，令疏芬山只有三個多小時嚴重不足夠。到步已經十二時半，講解完還要自行處理午膳，快速完成午餐後也沒多時間去體驗整個礦場，只能有限度觀光。之後第三個景點巴拉瑞特是完全・沒有・需要去，市中心沒特色景點，還要花四十五分鐘停留，如果將時間花在疏芬山礦場景點性價比會更高。總括而言，將第一及三個景點取消，行車時間變成兩小時，中途預留洗手間位置，所有時間花在疏芬山礦場內是值得。

Tour guide David Hsu absolutely deserves a 5-star rating. He is extremely knowledgeable about Australia's entire historical background, explaining unique insights about different buildings and landscapes along the way. He manages time efficiently and always strives for the best interests of the tour group. If you're planning to join a tour, I highly recommend choosing one led by David Hsu. The Gold Rush town is definitely worth a full day's visit, offering various performances, unique shops, and even a chance to take photos with Santa Claus. For the soldier performance, I suggest not following them around; simply wait in the shopping street to get the best view of the show.
