Chá da Tarde no Risemount Premier Danang Resort

GOOD: Risemount Da Nang is a premier in city resort compared to similar Da Nang boutique accommodations in the area. The ambiance is Santorini inspired, with gorgeous blue baby grand piano in the center of the lobby. They serve afternoon tea either by the Elia Bar's pool side or in the air conditioned lobby. The high tea snacks were simple but generous for the price. Their staff are polite and quick to serve. COULD BE IMPROVED: We requested to replace the tea with coffee but they were quite firm on no switching. Maybe a little flexibility considering Vietnam is known for their coffee which they should promote.

This place is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Redemption is hassle-free, and the queue is short; it takes roughly about 5-10 minutes to get the ticket. The tour description is very detailed, including where to redeem and where to meet up. The tour guide is entertaining, kind, and friendly. This trip is highly recommended. Everyone likes beautiful things, don't they? Go for it!

It's a nice, relaxing place to have tea with friends or family. There's nothing special about the tea (store-bought) or the cakes, sliders, and sandwiches served, but the ambiance makes up for it.

The food quality is high and the waitstaff service is attentive, but as we were seated in the lobby for afternoon tea, the environment was a bit noisy and lacked a view.

I made a reservation and showed the barcode to enjoy afternoon tea, but the staff came twice during the tea break to ask for payment, and I was worried about being charged twice. It seems that my explanation was finally understood, but I would like Klook and the service provider to share the reservation system. As for the content, the food is reasonably delicious, the atmosphere is very good, and the price is reasonable, so I think it's good in terms of cost performance. If I have the chance, I would like to enjoy afternoon tea again.

Experience: It was an afternoon tea at the poolside bar. The music was loud, and we were next to drunk, noisy people, so we couldn't relax at all.
