As a solo traveler, this kind of tour package made my travel a convenient one. Day 1 is really good. The tour guide (Meann) was amazing too. Day 2 was a waiting game to get to the Underground River. It was like almost half of my day was wasted. The transfer from PPS to El Nido was smooth though. Day 3, the itinerary was not followed but still a good day plus the tour guide was nice. His English is really good. Day 4, the itinerary was not followed as well but remains a good day. I enjoyed the company of the tour guide (Rodel) during this travel. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this package to others. They really need to revisit the Day 2 arrangements though.
Food and service is way way better 10 years ago with a different travel agent. 🥲Food served during El Nido island hopping is so disappointing. Day 1 tour: guide was sketchy. Our change for the additional itinerary (Ugong Rock Formation and plus plus) was not returned and we were napilitan to join that despite not originally being part of the itinerary with additional cost. PPS City heritage tour is the worst I had (4th time in PPS this time) —super in a hurry the entire tour and it was a chaos. In this package it was indicated that part of the itinerary is going to the Crocodile Farm but we did not go there and went to Butterfly Garden instead. Island hopping for 2nd day in El Nido got cancelled due to the typhoon but it was good that they refunded that portion of the package.
the first snorkling activity did not have the mask and tuba included. Not great for a water day
