I recently booked a 3D2N tour package that included transfers from Puerto Princesa to El Nido, and overall, it was a well-organized and enjoyable experience. Here’s a breakdown of my thoughts: Convenient Transfer: The transfer from Puerto Princesa to El Nido was seamless and hassle-free. The driver was punctual, and the vehicle was comfortable, making the long journey quite pleasant. It was a great way to transition between the two destinations without having to worry about logistics. Well-Scheduled Itinerary: The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to experience the highlights of both Puerto Princesa and El Nido. In Puerto Princesa, we had enough time to explore the Underground River, which was breathtaking. In El Nido, Tour A was included in the package, and it did not disappoint—the lagoons and beaches were stunning. To make the most of our time, we also booked Tour C for the following day, which was absolutely worth it. The additional tour allowed us to see more of El Nido’s beauty, including hidden beaches and snorkeling spots. Communication Issues: One downside was the lack of communication before the trip. The contact number provided was outdated, which made it impossible to reach out with questions or coordinate details in advance. We only received a text from the tour operator the night before the trip, which caused some anxiety, especially for someone like me who likes to plan ahead and know all the details beforehand. Improved communication would have made the experience much smoother. Overall Recommendation: Despite the communication hiccup, I would still recommend this tour package. The transfers were convenient, the itinerary was well-planned, and the tours themselves were unforgettable. Just be prepared to wait until the last minute for confirmation and details. If you’re flexible and don’t mind a bit of uncertainty, this package is a great way to explore Puerto Princesa and El Nido without the stress of planning everything yourself.

The tour was good, but the communication was terrible. You don't know who is picking you up or where you are going. The itinerary doesn't match the drop-off and pick-up locations. The communication was so bad that I was worried it was a scam, which made me very anxious. However, other than that, the tours and guides were all great.

The tour was very nice. The tour guides were very accommodating and funny; there was no dull moment with them. The food was just okay. I was expecting seafood, but there was only fish. Overall, the tour was awesome.

Proper communication on van transfers and the time and place of pick-up and drop off. it was a good experience overall but could have been better

The tour was conducted in Puerto Princesa and El Nido. I think two different agencies conducted it, and there was very poor coordination between them. Not at all recommended. The transfer between El Nido and Puerto Princesa and vice versa was complete chaos. Too many people, driver on the phone. Until the last moment, you do not know who will pick you up and from where. Did not expect such kind of service from Klook.

Esperamos por eles para a recolha, ninguém apareceu, não houve resposta à chamada e o número fornecido pela Klook não existe. Uma situação horrível quando não há apoio para ligar e a agência não cumpre o seu compromisso. Nunca mais vou reservar com a Klook!
