Passeio de Mergulho nas Ilhas de Luxo em El Nido com Caiaque

Ivan and his Crew were amazing. very friendly, yet professional. With high energy and positive attitude. They were all fabulous! The destinations were great and we didn't feel rushed. The lunch buffet was also great too. I will definitely recommend Happy Tours to anyone who wants to have a great day out with such an amazing group of staff. A+

Enjoyed the tour so much! Everything was amazing! The guides Ivan, Rick, BonBon, Daryl were superb! Also, very child friendly! 5 star!! Kudos!!!!

wow !! we felt like a part of the family! Such kind hospitality from start to finish!! We never go on tours that include photos so this was extra special! The guides helped my children even step of the way! Thank Sedric, Grace and Roberto! The captain who not only saved my sons book but pulled our kayak in from a storm! Five hugs and five stars to a staff team that works so well together it shows❤️Ivan we will be back!

Happiness Philippines? More like Pure Joy in Boat Form! 🚤💃 This tour wasn’t just a day out—it was a full-blown core memory in the making. The guides? Absolute rockstars—equal parts safety experts, comedians, and professional hype squad. They could’ve made a rock feel excited about snorkeling. The staff treated us like old friends (with better photography skills than my entire Instagram feed 📸). And the FOOD?! I still dream about that on board buffet. Add in the island-hopping magic, tunes that had us dancing between swims, and vibes so good they should bottle them… yeah, I’m already plotting my return. 10/10, 1000/10, ALL THE STARS ✨—just book it and thank me later (preferably from a hammock, still buzzing from saltwater happiness).

Feedback on Happiness Travel and Tours **Pros:** 1. Friendly Staff: The staff is pleasant and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. 2. Flexibility: The agency demonstrates good customer service by effectively adapting to changes, like inclement weather. **Cons:** 1. Value for Money: The pricing seems unjustified—charging 2000 pesos for a downgraded experience usually priced at 950 to 1200 pesos raises concerns. 2. Misleading Inclusions: Essential items such as sodas, double-decker boats, and snorkeling gear, typically included in lower-priced tours, were missing, diminishing the enjoyment. 3. Vague Options: Tour options were unclear, resulting in unexpected downgrades without sufficient explanation, potentially leading to dissatisfaction. 4. Recommendation for Direct Booking: To enhance the experience and avoid confusion, future guests should consider booking specific tour packages directly (TOUR A B C D) to minimize the risk of receiving downgraded experiences.
