It was a great experience overall. The booking online was easy. Later (closer to the date of the tour), I got an email and a text to confirm date, time and where to meet. I actually had to change the start time due to the timed ticket to the museum and they were accommodating. I wanted a Korean-speaking tour for my parents and it was better than I have imagined. Our tour guide Yoo Sun Lee was great. She was so knowledgeable and the pacing of the tour was great. It wasn't too fast or slow and she gave us time to rest, ask questions. She also knew all the great spots for photo opportunities and helped take photos for my family. The description said the tour was 2 hours for this tour as well but it went well past that and I appreciated the tour guide for doing that. So it didn't feel like we were rushed at all. I know that my family and I got so much more out of the visit because of her. I really want to thank her for that and would recommend her to my other family members and friends.

Traveling with my parents, the tour guide's explanations were brilliant, focusing on key highlights. For those not very familiar with European history and art, it's highly recommended and well worth it!
