It was a wonderfully beautiful hotel, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. We were able to see animals not typically found in Japan, such as baby monkeys and small birds, and the staff were incredibly hospitable. The meal at Citron was also superb, sophisticated, and delicious.

At a not-too-expensive price, you can enjoy five-star service, giving you a feeling of being right at home. The weather is great, the beach is beautiful, and every staff member at the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure guests are satisfied. There are photo opportunities everywhere, and it would definitely be a big plus to come with your girlfriend, wife, or significant other.

There was a slight difference between your company's price and booking directly with the hotel, but the itinerary was completely worth it. There were also different situations with the transfer drivers, but both drivers provided excellent service.

Firstly the best thing about this underwhelming trip was the attentiveness of the taxi driver who picked us up for the journey ( to and from our hotel in Danang). The rest of the day was just so lack lustre. The Citron restaurant is pretentious. The view is breathtaking but the service ( and elements of the dishes) falls short. I never write cautionary reviews but I do this so no one else wastes their money and time on a mediocre ( at best) daycation. I appreciate that staying may be a totally different experience but what a complete non event!

The price has increased significantly. It used to be 70,000 won per person.
