Overall, the trip itinerary, guide, and service were good, but the most disappointing part was finding the correct meeting point. Our trip started at 10:30 AM, and we waited at the cruise terminal at 9:50 AM. We spent 40 minutes trying to find the bus parking area. Why? Because their bus is not allowed to park directly in front of the cruise terminal, and there was no signage or staff to guide us to the correct meeting point. The meeting point shown on the map also led us to the wrong place, and the contact number was not active. In the end, we had to ask another company's bus driver to help us find the meeting point. 😤

我們參加6/7 上午10時集合出发lake Myvatn tour ,但於5/7 下午17:19 才通知我們行程取消，令人太失望，打電話冇人接聽，揾Klopp 职員又冇反應，實在太失望，之於退款何時可以退回所有已付款項，請盡快回覆及辦妥
