Luka was a great guide who was very friendly and flexible in adjusting the itinerary to make the best out of the various sites while avoiding crowds. He also ensured everyone got on the last boat back to the train station.
The scenery was beautiful, but we had to keep changing trains. On the way back, we saw other tour groups being picked up by coaches at the pier, but we had to walk 15 minutes to the train station. Unfortunately, one of our group members had a sore foot, and the tour guide was very helpful in hailing a taxi. However, this ultimately delayed our train, and we didn't arrive back at Florence train station until 9:00 PM. The tour guide was very talkative!
The tour guide was very enthusiastic and provided detailed explanations of the history and culture. The only drawback of the itinerary was the long travel time. We met at 6:30 AM and didn't return to Florence station until 9:00 PM, which was a bit later than expected (7:30 PM).
Well organised tour, tour guide Anastasia reshuffled the schedule in order to let us enjoy the boat ride to Portovenere since no boat in the afternoon. Happy to recommend to those who wants to sign up the tour.
Anastasia was a fantastic guide. Although the tour group was big during the trip. She was able to guide, advise on food to try, manage the itinerary of the entire tour across Cinque Terre. Lunch is provided and would say it’s not bad with homemade pasta, local white wine and tiramisu. Lastly, the boat ride to Portovenere was a relaxing trip overseeing the Cinque Terre from the sea. Highly advise to book this trip
Love it, nice scenery..depart on time, friendly guide
This day tour covered a lot of ground. You get to be at each destination for about an hour, which is sometimes insufficient, but the program is packed to help you see more in one day. The downside is that there's no guided tour at each destination, meaning you have to research the history and what to see on your own before the trip.
The tour guide was very nice. A very informative history was being told during the tour.
