When I arrived at the meeting point, the bus was very easy to spot, making it simple to use. The bus has windows and a roof, so it's not too cold even in winter. The audio guide supports many languages, and it was a great experience to tour the city of Vienna while listening to explanations in Japanese.

We were only told to look for staff wearing yellow vests, but on the day, they were wearing yellow shirts and only appeared when the vehicle arrived. The reservation was for the 7 PM slot, but the voucher stated a 4:30 PM meeting time and a 5:30 PM end time, which was very confusing. However, the overall experience was still good despite these flaws. The onboard tour equipment was excellent, with multiple language options, allowing people to quickly learn about famous attractions. I still recommend this tour.

The audio guide is available in Japanese and over 10 other languages, making it a recommended way to efficiently sightsee the streets of Vienna. Children under 5 ride for free, and my son also enjoyed the drive, feeling the wind on the double-decker bus.

The night tour bus always seems great; it's perfect for enjoying the night views of various parts of the city. Although not mentioned in the product description, there's also a Korean guide. The guide spoke a bit fast, but it was unexpectedly good.

因為是夏天去所以雖然是夜遊但天都還亮亮的，不巧的是當天還下雨，所以一直有雨飄進來（後來有把窗戶關起來），然後他是用語音導覽，固定速度的，所以觀光巴士常常會因為紅綠燈或塞車跟不上解說的速度，不知道他在講哪棟建築，但可以不用走路坐在車上看整個維也納也還不錯啦。
