We had a wonderful time there. It was so magical, and the serene white environment made it even more special.

We selected a pickup location, but then received an additional email changing the time and location. This led to us only checking the Klook time and not noticing the change in meeting point and time. If possible, we hope both sides can synchronize their operations. When we were notified, we almost didn't make it, running through the snow the whole way and even falling once. It's advisable to pay more attention to additional emails received, or hopefully, the platform can synchronize operations. Additionally, Santa Claus Village is a lot of fun. A group will guide you through explanations of the houses and their history, and you can take photos with Santa (free to take, purchase separately, no personal photography allowed), and go to the post office to send letters (buy postcards, stamps). Afterward, you'll have free time until it's time to gather for the buffet lunch at the restaurant. You can take bus number 8 directly to Santa Claus Village from Rovaniemi. Personally, I think you can go by yourself. This tour is indeed a bit expensive because it includes a guide, transfers, and lunch, while other activities are at your own expense. The journey is also very short, so please weigh your options.

Nordic Unique Travels provided an amazing experience for us from departure until the end. Santa Claus Village was above and beyond. I got to live my childhood dream. Perfect vacation.
