Hagia Sofia tarihinin iyi ve bilgilendirici görsel-işitsel gösterimi ancak biraz pahalı. Müzedeki personel de pek bilgili değildi ve e-pass QR kodunun çalışıp çalışmayacağı konusunda şüpheciydi.

A reminder to everyone, this is not a ticket to Hagia Sophia Church, but a ticket to the Hagia Sophia Museum. We initially thought we bought the wrong tickets and were frustrated, but after attending, we felt it was very worthwhile. The museum is very well designed, especially the interactive guided tour, which allowed us to understand the history of Istanbul and Hagia Sophia Church, as well as the characteristics of its architectural structure, in the shortest possible time. After visiting the museum, buying a ticket to enter Hagia Sophia Church will give you a more complete understanding of this magnificent building. Highly recommended!

The museum is good. Perfect for history lovers. The low rating is due to the Klook app; they sent an empty sheet without a QR code, and the chat wasn't working. But thanks to E-Stambul support for resolving the situation.

It was my misunderstanding, but this ticket does not grant entry to the mosque. In the end, I had to queue up and buy a ticket on site. I'm leaving this review so that others don't make the same mistake and waste money like we did. Please be careful.

I booked a ticket for the Hagia Sophia Museum. It said I could enter directly, but I couldn't. The QR code wasn't read at all. The staff were running around, some told me I needed to exchange it, others told me to enter directly, and eventually, a staff member arranged another QR code for me to use to enter. It took over 30 minutes of going back and forth to get in. This was very difficult, especially with the language barrier. Please re-examine and consider the on-site entry system for future improvements.
