I had a wonderful experience on the Dubai City Tour. The tour was very well-organized, and our guide, Francis, was excellent—efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the day. What made the tour truly special was how it highlighted both sides of Dubai: the charm of the old city with its traditional souks and historic sites, and the modern marvels like the towering skyscrapers and stunning landmarks. It was the perfect balance of heritage and innovation, giving a complete picture of Dubai’s unique character. Highly recommended!

Tuvimos un gran momento con nuestro guía Francis y el viaje estuvo bien planeado y organizado. Durante el día también disfrutamos charlando con Francis sobre la historia y algunos datos curiosos de la ciudad y tuvimos la suerte de ser uno de los únicos 2 grupos durante el día, por lo que fue una experiencia muy placentera explorar la zona. Altamente recomendado.

It was a nice trip. It was very well planned. Our guide, Mr. Francis, was excellent and very knowledgeable. The visit to the Dubai Frame 🖼️ was one of the best. The Souk visit was interesting for learning about the properties and value of plant medicines.

This tour offers convenient hotel pick-up and a comfortable, air-conditioned van with a small group setting, perfect for better interaction. Our guide, Galal, was energetic and eager to share Dubai's history and insights. Complimentary shawarma and drinks were a nice touch. Highly recommended!

I waited half an hour without prior contact for pickup, then had the hotel staff call, and ended up waiting a total of one hour. The tour itself was packed with activities, even taking us to the Palm Jumeirah area. I think it's a good tour for a quick city sightseeing experience. It was great that I could book this tour and visit the Blue Mosque, as there are few tours that include it.

We enjoyed the tour and learned a lot about Dubai's history. Our guide, Abdul, is very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and patient. We highly recommend him. Also, the drivers (Malik and we were not able to get the name of the other driver) are pleasant.

Taking a bus tour to Dubai's city attractions, for this price and tour content, I'm extremely satisfied with the cost-performance!　

On the day, I received a message asking "Where is the hotel?" and the pickup was about 10 minutes late from the scheduled meeting time. The tour itself was good, allowing us to see various things compactly. However, it was disappointing that due to New Year's Eve traffic restrictions, there wasn't enough time to go to the Dubai Frame, so they just sent the tickets and told us to go by ourselves another day.

The guide explained everything very carefully! It was an English tour, but if there was anything I didn't understand, they would translate it into Japanese using an app and explain it to me! We were able to see so much in half a day, and it's highly recommended for the price!
