High value for money. I booked a three-day pass, and during these three days, on the first day, we visited four main attractions and enjoyed a dinner cruise show. On the second day, we visited the remaining three attractions and museums. I also booked a full-day small group tour visible on Klook through the pass. The great value of this pass is that the guided portions, including tickets, are free (although the guided tour only includes an initial explanation). For the rest, you can arrange full-day or half-day experiences. I even managed to book HAVAIST bus tickets for several days later for free, as long as you can select the date when using it. The best part is their customer service; whenever you inquire via WhatsApp, you receive a response in a short time, which is what I recommend the most.

It took some running around, but we had a good experience with the Istanbul e-pass. Make sure to do the sunset Bosphorus tour; it's amazing and available at a discounted rate with the e-pass.

The Istanbul Pass made everything smooth-sailing and time effective. Prompt replies when we encountered some problems, and we were grateful for that. Buying tickets separately in Turkey can be quite expensive, so this pass is an excellent choice. Most tourists also opt for the pass. The customer support on WhatsApp is very efficient and promptly helps resolve issues. Most tour guides will lead you into the venue, give a brief explanation, and then you're free to explore on your own; it's not a full guided tour.

The Istanbul E-pass is an excellent travel pass. I bought the 2-day pass, and just participating in the Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, Bosphorus dinner cruise, and Dolmabahçe Palace made it worth the cost. More importantly, it saved me from waiting in line for entry. Highly recommended!

You can really skip the line and enter the attractions directly. The tour guide's explanations are very professional, and the shops are also very experienced. It's very convenient and user-friendly!

Although you need an on-time guide to visit several famous attractions, the cost-performance ratio is still very high. I recommend buying this if you plan to visit several major attractions to save time queuing.
