Tour de um dia com tudo incluído em Nuwara Eliya, saindo de Kandy

After placing the order, no one contacted me proactively. I only found out the meeting time, which was 7 AM, by asking Klook customer service. Later, I added the supplier on WhatsApp myself, and they only replied and confirmed with me around 1 or 2 AM on the day of departure... Fortunately, the driver arrived at the hotel on time in the morning to wait for me, and then I privately added the driver's contact information. The driver was very nice and diligently introduced me to Sri Lanka along the way. The first stop was a scenic viewpoint for photos, the second stop was a waterfall, which was very slippery, so you need to be careful when walking. After that, they took us to a local stall to eat some local snacks (at our own expense). The third stop was the Damro tea plantation, which included a tea factory tour and free tea tasting. You could also buy cakes at your own expense. I also paid extra to join the safari in the tea plantation, which cost 20,000 rupees for a car. We drove a jeep through the tea plantation and could carry a basket to pick tea and take photos. After the tea plantation, we went directly to the town of Nuwara Eliya. I didn't want to do the lakeside activity, so I just wandered around the town, had lunch, visited the pink post office, and explored the local market. The day trip pretty much ended there.

Nuwara Eliya is very beautiful, and Klook's service is also very good. The guide showed us a waterfall and two to three temples. The weather was also very good.

The main activities worth doing in this package are a visit to a tea factory and Lake Gregory.

The guide didn't let us visit the waterfall because according to him, there was no water that day. The rest of the time, he drove to the tourist shops instead, trying to make us buy things (strawberries, gems, spices...). It was the first time we had such an unpleasant experience with Klook. We wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone else.

A bit of confusion at the start, but this was down to lack of communication between our hotel and us. Driver arrived promptly but the hotel did not advise us, so we were busy messaging Klook trying to find our driver when all this time our driver was waiting outside. The tour was nice, good mix of local activities and waterfalls. Our driver was accommodating, despite the day not being that great weather wise we did enjoy it.
