Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, excellent location, affordable. What else can you ask for at the price? I slept in, so I cannot rate the breakfast.

Hotel did not have a room when we arrived. When we showed the booking confirmation, they said to get a refun from orbit. Terrible experience!

We were surprised by having to walk from the street into the alley for the hotel, but was later grateful for the quietness of the location. Henry was super helpful in helping us choose a Ha Long Bay cruise, as well as any other transportation needs. We also love the complimentary breakfast which includes phở gà as well as a buffet. We would recommend this place to our family and friends.

The staff was wonderful and especially Anna who was the star going above & beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay there. She helped us book tours, gave us recommendations & helped organize things for us. Whenever we had a question she was quick to assist. Had a wonderful time in Hanoi and loved staying at this hotel.
