Had an amazing experience from booking our airport transport, checking in late night and checking out. We were greeted by Jerry who offered us iced tea and iconic Hanoi beer upon arrival. The room has all you need, comfy bed and very cool AC. All the staff were lovely and breakfast had great options. Easy walk from everything and one step away from iconic food spots.

Great place too stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Hope to go back to Hanoi soon and will definitely stay there again

The employees at the hotel were lovely, but the rooms are too small (no space for luggage), the bathroom only has a thin curtain so isn't very private, and the rooms are incredibly noisy. From 6am each day you could hear the kitchen staff making breakfast, and from 7am building works (though not the hotels fault it would have been helpful to have been made aware of this before we arrived). In addition the design of the hotel meant that if someone in a room above/below you used the bathroom you could hear it. Location was relatively good in old quarter, but unfortunately lack of sleep pulls down the score significantly as by the 3rd night of staying here we were exhausted.

We had a great stay at Carillon Boutique Hotel. Very good location, nice rooms, comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast on the top floor was also nice. Alicianne was very kind and helpful - overall we stayed 3 nights with trips in between and would come back each time and they would keep the luggage for us which was very convenient. Overall I can highly recommend.
