My favorite place to stay in Tokyo. Fantastic location close to lots of great restaurants, easy access to the subway, and a bit of thriving nightlife and peaceful neighborhoods nearby. Friendly staff, great rooms and amenities. Will book again and again when I'm in Japan.

Not as luxurious as the website and photos look. Don’t buy into the sale price, it’s appropriately priced at the sale cost. Price is based on proximity, just an average hotel.

I liked staying at the hotel because it had wonderful amenities such a Refa hair dryer, a steamer, laundry service, and even a laundry facility. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The hotel was also close to the Shinjuku station and we were able to easily walk to it and gained easy access to all the sites we wanted to see. The property was very clean and the area was safe. Would stay here again.

Great location with entrances to Shinjuku station just a block away, shopping and restaurants galore within walking distance, and combini two doors away. The hotel was very clean and the staff super helpful with luggage storage and lending umbrellas on a rainy day. Rooms are average size for Japan standards. Limited amenities but matched our needs. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

Rooms are quite small (pictures make it look bigger). Hair dryer is not powerful. Mold on bathroom door hinges so hotel requires maintenance. Cleaning (including bed making) has to be requested daily which is an inconvenience. Water has to also be self arranged by a jug in the room which is not ideal or convenient especially if the room is away from the lifts. Shower head cannot be adjusted so have to bend to shower. Overall, good stay for convenience next to shinjuku station. Otherwise, overpriced for the product/service. Service is okay as most staff do not speak much English.
