This is a beautiful hotel with a great lounge that had a fabulous array of snacks and drinks. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. We could it use the pool because we have tattoos so that was disappointing and will, sadly, prevent us from staying here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and felt safe. We were out all day and just slept in the evenings so we didn’t interact with the staff much other than checking in or getting in/out of the elevator. Felt that overall it was close to shops and restaurants and train station.

Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, metros. The room is not large, but the facilities have everything we need. We’ll stay at this hotel again next time we come to Tokyo.
