Loved our stay at hotel sunroute plaza shinjuku. The hotel is clean, staff is amazing & they also provide great amenties & PJs just to top it all off. The location was great, right beside Shinjuku station. We took the airport limousine bus with lots of luggages from Haneda airport and was dropped off right in front of our hotel, so convenient. You can purchase the airport transport from klook. I couldn't imagine bringing all of our things on the subway, just to get to our hotel. Although the subways are very fast, its also very crowded and hard if your travelling with large suitcases. 100000% we will be coming back to Hotel sunroute plaza shinjuku the next time we are in tokyo.

Nice hotel in a very good location. Would stay there again. The only gripe that I have is that you have to check yourself in on screens in the reception area and when you have been travelling all day and are very tired it does get a bit tedious especially when your name that you have to use for the login is incorrect (not my fault as they store your first and last name very strangely - could be hotels.com or the hotel itself) as you have to input this info or it won't move forward until it is exactly right. Not a great first impression but it did get better.

We chose this hotel primarily because of its convenient location. It is close to Shinjuku Station, making it easy to get around and explore the Shinjuku area on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the air-conditioning system, which was designed so that the airflow did not blow directly onto the bed, making for a more pleasant night’s sleep.
