The hotel was not as nice as it looked online. It was old and the pictures did not represent what it really looked like. The rooms were old, but clean. The staff were very helpful and kind. The night staff slept on the couch in the lobby each night and would be asleep there when we left for activities in the morning. Found that a bit strange.

Pros: - the most helpful and thoughtful staff l've come across in a long time - clean and comfortable rooms - convenient locations No cons!!! Everything was good. Overall such a great stay. The staff helped arranged multiple things for us and helped accommodate our wheelchair user. They helped load and unload our luggage's and bags. Overall just exemplary service. Thank you to the staff here at Astoria.

Decent stay with great staff and location. The hotel has a great location, close to famous attractions like Hoan Kiem lake and Ho Chi Minh mausoleum. The front office staffs are friendly and very supportive whenever needed.
