From August 11th to 17th, we stayed in Magong, Penghu, for seven days and six nights. On the 12th, we tried another barbecue restaurant, and on the 15th, we decided to pick another one for the next day. When we saw that Shanshui Summer BBQ advertised fresh seafood delivered daily, we decided to go there. We confirmed over the phone that we would be using a Klook voucher, and they suggested we arrive at 5:30 PM. We arrived on time and found that this time slot was perfect: easy parking, and we could get food almost immediately without waiting in line. The owner managed everything smoothly. She was concerned that the enoki mushrooms and clams in our foil tray would take up too much grill space and that we might not eat enough if we grilled too slowly, so she took them to be heated elsewhere (she also suggested the enoki mushrooms to us). Besides the oysters, the unlimited squid was truly fantastic. Our family of five had a wonderful feast. After eating, we took a leisurely stroll back to the car, enjoying the summer evening breeze. I found it to be an excellent value, and the food was surprisingly delightful. Our favorite was the cactus fruit vinegar, which was incredibly delicious and refreshing. The service staff's attitude was top-notch, and every dish was exquisite and unique. We especially loved the steamed fish; it was a Penghu sea fish with exceptionally smooth and tender flesh, quite tasty. Overall, it was a perfect 100 out of 100. If we have the chance to visit Penghu again, we'll definitely go back for another meal! 😋

The chef's grilling skills are top-notch; the skewers are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with juice. You can buy vouchers online before going, which usually offer deals like "pay 500 NTD to get 550 NTD in value," making it an even better bargain when you check out.
