Rzeczy do zrobienia w: Butchart Gardens

Udało nam się efektywnie zwiedzić wymarzony Ogród Butchart i miasto Victoria, mając dużo wolnego czasu na miejscu. Czas spędzony na promie był również bardzo udany, mogliśmy sami cieszyć się posiłkami, co sprawiło nam ogromną satysfakcję. Autobus był czysty. Pomyślałem jednak, że gdyby zdjęcia autobusu były dostępne wcześniej, czulibyśmy się pewniej podczas odbioru. Dzieje się tak, ponieważ w okolicy hotelu Hyatt jest wiele autobusów odbierających pasażerów, co spowodowało lekkie zamieszanie. Mimo to, zostaliśmy bezpiecznie odebrani i odbyliśmy wspaniałą podróż.

Our tour guide and driver, Alan, was very dedicated. In addition to being punctual with pickups and drop-offs, he explained local characteristics and scenery along the way and even helped us take photos. The minibus for the transfer was quite comfortable, and water and snacks were provided on board. The group of fewer than 20 people was very punctual and wonderful!

Overall, it was good. We had two hours at Butchart Garden and enough time to explore downtown and have lunch. This tour included hotel pickup and drop-off, so we didn't have to worry about transportation. However, due to a traffic accident that day, we missed the 7 PM ferry and returned to the hotel very late.

It was such a fun experience. The walk leading up to the tower was peaceful and calming. Getting up to the top of the tower was fairly easy as it is a very gradual incline. As you make your way up you’d be able to catch glimpses of what awaited at the top. The view was absolutely spectacular! I did not want to leave! But we got hungry and reluctantly started to make our way down. We decided to be brave and take the slide. The slide was fun but I also found it pretty scary because it was FAST. I did not expect to be sliding down at such a high speed! I also got pretty dizzy. But it was a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend you try it at least once. At the base of the tower there was a cafe for a light meal, snacks or drinks. There was also a play area for children. The set up was pretty lovely and the grounds were very well kept. We were very glad we checked out this place. My husband enjoyed it very much as well.
