it was a very nice quick trip to lots of things in Banff National Park. Ben is my guide, and he was doing a very great job. He is so insightful and gives a very fun and fascinating facts about each places, also being there to help with the photo and always look out for us when someone come back later than the whole group. The trip gives you quite a understandable short time for Lake Louise and Moraine Lake with only 1 hour. But, that’s a reason why we can cover a lot of things in time.

The trip was smooth and great! My only suggestion wouldve been some more time at both lakes as it felt we could have spent more time at each. But overall would 100% recommend if anyone wants a half day long lakes trip!

Bardzo chciałem odwiedzić Banff i wybrałem tę wycieczkę, ponieważ wydawała się oferować wiele miejsc do zobaczenia w rozsądnym czasie w porównaniu do innych. Spotkałem przewodnika o imieniu Luis i od początku do końca było wspaniale! Nie mówię zbyt dobrze po angielsku, ale jego wymowa była tak wyraźna, że byłem w stanie zrozumieć większość jego wyjaśnień. Pokazał nam również świetne miejsca do robienia zdjęć, a nawet w drodze do miejsc wymienionych w planie podróży, zwalniał i opisywał punkty widokowe lub zwierzęta, które napotykaliśmy, dzięki czemu mogłem zobaczyć i dowiedzieć się jeszcze więcej. Dziękuję, Luis!

i was shocked to receive email from u on the eve of the tour tt i am supposed to meet u at 0630 instead of 0750 as arranged by me at calgary international airport to join the tour grp at mount royal hotel at banff.Luckily i read yr message and meet at the rescheduled time given by you. The driver was very helpful and explain to me . when we reach mt royal hotel which took abt 1 hr to reach to meet up wth the grp i was worried tt nobody will fetch us back to our designated meet up point. but the driver was nice enough to fetch us back to our hotel.i didnt knw tt klook will engage another dept to fetch us for the tour. i tgt tt it was a conducted tour organised by klook very disappointed wth this arrangement..

After being picked up from your hotel in the early morning, you'll be offered hot cocoa or coffee. Your guide will then provide an explanation, and you can enjoy views of Moraine Lake along your preferred route. We recommend using the restroom before arriving to avoid waiting in line. You can join this tour; Kayla is very friendly and enthusiastic!

Our first time doing a tour. Layse was our tour guide she was sweet and funny. The views of the ride from Calgary to Banff was the most amazing moments we’ve ever experienced!🤩 We would like to do this again soon!

Jesse was cheerful and took great photos! He also showed us hidden photo spots, and we moved around without any issues. You can put your bags in a separate compartment, so it seems fine to bring a small carry-on. My girlfriend had a preconceived notion about group tours, but she was very satisfied because it was a small group of about 14 people, there was no pressure regarding restaurants or souvenirs, and we had plenty of time for personal photo opportunities without feeling rushed. We really enjoyed the tour yesterday. The scenery was beautiful, and the overall experience was very well organized.
