I was originally a bit nervous about checking in. As soon as I arrived at the airport, I headed straight to the hotel, getting there before 11:00 AM. The reception desk immediately processed both of my reservations, assigned me to the same room, and allowed me to check in early within ten minutes. The room had excellent soundproofing and strong air conditioning. The surrounding environment is beautiful with a river, and the central swimming pool is a natural lagoon shape with children's play facilities. There's also a buggy service for transportation. Nearby, there's a Big C supermarket and it's very close to Central Festival department store, offering great amenities. A 7-Eleven is just a 2-3 minute walk away, and there's a night market in the evenings. The bathtub is a jacuzzi. This is a five-star hotel. I will definitely come back again.

Located in the heart of the Nimman area, surrounded by numerous coffee shops and massage parlors, the location is perfect! The front desk staff are very friendly, and there's a charming, small pool. The room was also neat and clean, and the price was reasonable. Overall, it offers excellent value for money!

This is a small, exquisite hotel located in a slightly quieter part of Nimman Road, yet it's only a 10-minute walk to the bustling main street. There are many small eateries and a supermarket nearby. We stayed in a ground-floor room with direct pool access, which was very convenient, and the view from the room was also excellent. I must highly commend all the hotel staff and their service; they were incredibly thoughtful, making for a wonderful vacation for my friend and me. It's worth mentioning that their breakfast is à la carte but all-you-can-eat. Everything we ordered that day was delicious, and I highly recommend it!

It is a Lanna Style building, full of greenery, water feature, pond and kids as it provide some kids friendly activities like beam(weekdays) and soap(weekend) making during breakfast hours. Pros: good for family vocation with young kids, if you like nature this is the right choice. airport shuttle by hourly basic, 1pm-3pm complimentary tea break at pool bar. Cons: mainly inside the room, the property look aged, cleanliness in the bath room ca be improve. The trigger point for a star reduced is the “Do Not Do signatures”/ hotel policy sign in the room make people not comfortable.

The room is in the heart of Chiang Mai city, clean, and close to cafes, restaurants, and bars. However, the bedroom lighting is extremely dim and confusing.

We booked this for our stay in Chiang Mai a total of 4 days. Staff were always very kind and helpful. the breakfast buffet is good. They even have a resturant which has different types of food. Just a little far away from old town, if that’s where you planning most your itinerary. We had the duluxe mountain view room, which was good. Overall would highly recommend.

The hotel is very new. We arrived around 12 PM on the day of check-in and were able to check in early. We also received a complimentary room upgrade. The coffee machine and large refrigerator in the lobby offer free water, drinks, and coffee 24 hours a day. The breakfast menu changes daily and is delicious, with fresh fruit and vegetables. The staff are all very friendly, enthusiastic, and speak excellent English.
