The location of the hotel is convenient; it’s clean, staff are friendly and the price is reasonable. In some of rooms, windows face walls of a building nearby.

Fantastycznie Room was lovely and clean. It is old fashioned and quirky, but that is what we picked it, that and the fabulous coffee onsite.

One of my favorite hotels in Nimman. It is done in colonial style and is really charming. It doesn't have a proper restaurant, but it does have a coffee shop that also serves craft beer, and it is surrounded by local restaurants. The Nimman area is one of the best locations in Chiang Mai. Strong recommend.

We stayed near Chiang Mai University because our son was doing a semester abroad. The location was great vibrant night life, lots of dining and shopping. However the hotel was pretty quiet. Hotel was clean and smelled good. Had a a great cafe with excellent coffee

Great small boutique hotel. It is In the center of town close to many shops dining yet it is hidden and quiet. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. The rooms are nice and cozy. My only complaint would be the beds are a bit hard but it is expected in Thailand. Great stay.

Fantastycznie Best little hotel in Chiang Mai. Fantastic people, lovely room, quiet (despite being under the airport flight path), and the cafe is fantastic as well.
