The instructor is very professional and highly skilled! Although it's an outdoor class, there is shade and large trees. We took the 11:00 AM class in October, and it wasn't actually hot at all on-site. The workshop uses deep vats, so the actual indigo dyeing time doesn't need to be very long, but the DIY products turn out to be extremely unique. After the whole indigo dyeing process is finished, the instructor also shares some simple educational knowledge, taking us to see the Chinese fringe tree used for the dye (the indigo used is also grown in their own fields). The instructor even helps take before and after photos! 😂 The overall experience is completed within 45 minutes, and it was a fantastic experience! Klook offers only a few items, but there are more special designs available on-site to choose from. You can also bring your own old clothes and fabrics for indigo dyeing, which are priced by weight.

This was a very enriching experience! Even though I don't speak Mandarin, Syong Zan was able to adapt to me. He was very kind, patient, and a great teacher. It was an excellent time that will leave you with both memories and gifts!

I had a lovely time at the workshop making my own unqiue braclet. Although my mandarin isn't very good, I managed to understand the process with the instructor's great demonstration and basic english. She helped guide me through the different stages of melting the glass, combining colours and creating cool patterns on the bead. The workshop itself is in an old sugar factory, which has been converted into art and craft studios and eating establishments, so definitely have a look around!

Na nocne poszukiwania jeleni trzeba jeździć na rowerze 🦌🦌🦌 Gorące źródła Asahi są idealne na wieczorną kąpiel ♨️♨️♨️ Na głównej ulicy Green Island jest mała latarnia morska, gdzie można zjeść lody shaved ice 🍧🍧🍧 W dzień jest piekielnie gorąco 🫠🫠🫠 Więc wychodzimy dopiero wieczorem, żeby coś porobić 🤣🤣🤣

Staying here with the kids this time was a wonderful overall experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and the children really loved the space and amenities in the family room. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The location is convenient, parking went smoothly, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of choices. It's a great place to stay when traveling to Taitung with children; the kids had a blast, the adults were able to get some good rest, and we would definitely visit again!

Hotel Location: Beinan, Taitung, a short distance from the train station and downtown area.
Transportation: You can call the front desk the day before to book the hotel's shuttle service; complimentary bicycle rentals are available.
Service: Enthusiastic and professional.
Room: The quadruple room is a bit small, the bidet was broken 🚽, but the mountain view is quite nice ⛰️.
Cleanliness: Good. The restaurant and first floor didn't have the flies mentioned in other reviews, though 1 or 2 were spotted.
Breakfast: Abundant, with both Chinese and Western options. The seafood congee contains shrimp, dried shrimp, and clams. Welcome snacks and cookies are available from 14:00 to 22:00 (no popcorn this time, but tea and other drinks are provided). Late-night snacks including millet congee and lemon Aiyu jelly are served from 20:00 to 22:00, and the ice cream 🍦 and soft-serve 🍦 are thumbs up 👍.
Facilities: Swimming pool, spa hot springs, children's play area, and Nintendo Switch gaming consoles.
