Our second stay at JPark Island Resort & Waterpark was just as amazing as the first—if not even better! This time, we booked three rooms (1 Deluxe and 2 Mactan Suite Rooms) to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday with the whole family. Everything went smoothly from check-in to our entire stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a family celebration. What made it extra special was seeing how happy our son was. He truly enjoyed all the resort amenities, especially the pools and waterpark areas. It was a memorable and fun-filled experience for all of us. Thank you for helping us create such a joyful celebration—we will definitely be back again!

This place is great for those looking for an intimate getaway. We love that they are not crowded despite visiting there on a holiday. Some may think negatively of that but to guests like me who prefer to enjoy peaceful environments, it is definitely a plus. The food we had for the breakfast buffet was good. We had dinner there too and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. BE Resort will always be a destination hit for us! The room amenities might need to improve tho.

We booked at the last minute, their check in time is 2:00pm and we booked it at 3pm here in Klook but still they managed to accomodate us so quickly. Our room is kinda modern style, clean, and comfortable with a nice view of the city. My family especially the kids love the sea and pool views. Cleanliness is one of its strongest points. Breakfast buffet is great its mix of Filipino and international food. Not super luxurious, but tasty and satisfying. Staff are generally friendly and accommodating. Over all its 1000/10 ✨

one of the best resorts in Cebu. the pool side offers a good view of the sunset. and the resort is gym is huge with a lot of equipments. one thing i noticed is the room floor has moisture but im not sure why. overall, its a great resort

we had a really great experience with the Resort. the staff are so warm and helpful. the amenities are superb! the room is spacious and super clean. we enjoyed the huge bathtub. a really good choice if you want relaxation!

Worth every penny. The resort was huge. Customer service is excellent. They have a lot to offer, from pools, beach, restaurants and activities within the resort. Breakfast is superb as well.

Our stay at Shangrilla was the best. Fast check in and check out. Staff are polite and our room was clean. We appreciate free water to drink near the swimming areas. The landscape and beach was amazing. 😍 Hope to be back again.❤️

the staff are very friendly and accommodating… too bad we were really tired and arrived late at night, we forgot to give a tip to the ones who helped us… thank you so much. the amenities were great, i really hoped we could’ve stayed longer to experience them all to the fullest.

Świetnie się bawiliśmy podczas naszego pobytu. Personel był bardzo uczynny i przyjazny – co więcej, uprzejmie odmawiali przyjęcia napiwków, co było imponujące. Jedna sugestia dotyczy informowania gości o zasadach panujących w restauracji podczas zameldowania, zwłaszcza o polityce dotyczącej trzymania gadżetów i telefonów komórkowych w trybie cichym. Byłem trochę zaskoczony, gdy podszedł do mnie ktoś i przypomniał mi o tym po odebraniu telefonu w restauracji. Mimo to doceniam i szanuję tę zasadę, ponieważ pomaga ona utrzymać spokojną atmosferę i świadczy o szacunku dla innych gości. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, było to wspaniałe doświadczenie i naprawdę cieszyliśmy się z naszego pobytu.
