Hotel a Lapu-Lapu City

Our second stay at JPark Island Resort & Waterpark was just as amazing as the first—if not even better! This time, we booked three rooms (1 Deluxe and 2 Mactan Suite Rooms) to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday with the whole family. Everything went smoothly from check-in to our entire stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a family celebration. What made it extra special was seeing how happy our son was. He truly enjoyed all the resort amenities, especially the pools and waterpark areas. It was a memorable and fun-filled experience for all of us. Thank you for helping us create such a joyful celebration—we will definitely be back again!

Questo posto è ottimo per chi cerca una fuga intima. Ci piace che non sia affollato nonostante lo abbiamo visitato durante una festività. Alcuni potrebbero pensarne negativamente, ma per ospiti come me che preferiscono godere di ambienti tranquilli, è sicuramente un vantaggio. Il cibo che abbiamo mangiato per la colazione a buffet era buono. Abbiamo cenato anche lì e il personale è stato molto accomodante e cordiale. Il BE Resort sarà sempre una meta di successo per noi! Le dotazioni della camera, però, potrebbero aver bisogno di un miglioramento.

We booked at the last minute, their check in time is 2:00pm and we booked it at 3pm here in Klook but still they managed to accomodate us so quickly. Our room is kinda modern style, clean, and comfortable with a nice view of the city. My family especially the kids love the sea and pool views. Cleanliness is one of its strongest points. Breakfast buffet is great its mix of Filipino and international food. Not super luxurious, but tasty and satisfying. Staff are generally friendly and accommodating. Over all its 1000/10 ✨

one of the best resorts in Cebu. the pool side offers a good view of the sunset. and the resort is gym is huge with a lot of equipments. one thing i noticed is the room floor has moisture but im not sure why. overall, its a great resort

we had a really great experience with the Resort. the staff are so warm and helpful. the amenities are superb! the room is spacious and super clean. we enjoyed the huge bathtub. a really good choice if you want relaxation!

Worth every penny. The resort was huge. Customer service is excellent. They have a lot to offer, from pools, beach, restaurants and activities within the resort. Breakfast is superb as well.

Our stay at Shangrilla was the best. Fast check in and check out. Staff are polite and our room was clean. We appreciate free water to drink near the swimming areas. The landscape and beach was amazing. 😍 Hope to be back again.❤️

the staff are very friendly and accommodating… too bad we were really tired and arrived late at night, we forgot to give a tip to the ones who helped us… thank you so much. the amenities were great, i really hoped we could’ve stayed longer to experience them all to the fullest.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo durante il nostro soggiorno. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e cordiale, e ha persino rifiutato le mance con cortesia, il che è stato notevole. Un suggerimento, tuttavia, è di informare gli ospiti sulle regole del ristorante al momento del check-in, in particolare sulla politica di tenere i dispositivi elettronici e i telefoni cellulari in modalità silenziosa. Sono rimasto un po' sorpreso quando sono stato avvicinato e richiamato dopo aver risposto a una telefonata al ristorante. Detto questo, apprezzo e rispetto questa regola, poiché aiuta a mantenere un'atmosfera tranquilla e mostra considerazione per gli altri ospiti.
