I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights because of my schedule, but if time had permitted, I would have extended it to 4 days and 3 nights to visit Abu Simbel as well. Going on tours during the day and then lying back on the rooftop from around lunchtime, tanning, drinking beverages, and enjoying the view is simply the best. Even if you aren't fluent in English, the dedicated staff member takes care of you constantly via WhatsApp (this was the absolute best part; they reached out to me first every single day from the day before boarding until the end, asking if anything was uncomfortable and resolving any issues immediately). The guide might be hit or miss, but I was extremely satisfied.

Overall, I am satisfied. The guides and coordinators were mostly very kind. I was very grateful for the quick responses during our prior communications. However, I would have liked a more detailed schedule. If I had known there would be time to explore the cities in Aswan on day 1 and Luxor on day 3, I believe I could have spent my time more productively. It was unfortunate that the quality of the guides varied, and on one occasion, for transportation, we had a carriage transfer where we were asked for a higher-than-average tip.

The Aswan High Dam was a very interesting stop, and the guide explained its history and importance to us. The cruise was comfortable, the food was good, and the crew was very friendly. An unforgettable trip along the Nile.

Abu Simbel is breathtaking, the colossi of Ramesses II are massive, and we had them almost to ourselves because we left Aswan at 4 in the morning. The guide told wonderful stories about relocating the temple. A private air-conditioned car was a great choice in such heat.
